Builder programmes.

Programmes where your own people build AI agents, from the first idea to a working tool that someone owns.

Who it’s for

Large companies that want many teams building at once, often as a hackathon followed by a few months of support.

How it runs

  1. Before anything starts, we rate each idea on how buildable it is with the data and systems you have, decide on KPIs, and check that environments, licences and policies are ready.

  2. A day of training, where each builder works on their own problem.

  3. A hack day. We coach teams as they build, then score the results to help pick the ones worth taking further.

  4. Support for the chosen ideas: design reviews, office hours every two weeks, and a quality test before every decision point.

  5. A technical review before go-live, and a clean handover to the team that will run it.

What you get

A test set for every agent, so you see how often it gets the answer right and not just whether the demo worked. Tracking of usage and cost. A clear go, rework or stop recommendation at each decision point. Templates and checklists your teams keep after we leave.
